My faith in Christ is firmly tied

My faith in Christ is firmly tied
To all He did for me –
The life He lived, my death He died,
And gifts He giveth me.

My hope in Christ is firmly set
Upon His cross and grave
Where He hath fully paid my debt –

How long?

How long, O LORD? Will you forget me forever?
How long will you hide your face from me? (Psalm 13:1)

Isn't this often our cry.  We have our problems, and they stink.  Parents who loose their job, friends who stab us in the back, a boyfriend or girlfriend who dumps us, and to top it all of it seems as if God is against us too.  We've just been through
