Walker, Avoider, and Escaper

I get emails all the time asking how little Miss Sophia is doing.  She's doing just grand.  She continues to plug along receiving each day as gift from her Heavenly Father who didn't spare His only Begotten Son for her.

Sophia's new hobby is walking around with her gazillion dollar walker. She does it about three times a day for about thirty minutes per session.

It opens a whole new world of disaster possibilities for her as she is able to reach tons more while standing up (grin).  She absolutely loves it.  She loves to walk around and chase the boys. 


When she gets herself trapped, she backs up and moves forward and makes her way around whatever blocks her path.  Y'all know the drill.  It goes like this:  Back up, move forward, change angle, move forward, back up, change angle, and move forward!  I'm free!

My only concern is where is that missing sock?  Isn't the floor cold?  (heh)


Now she also finds a way to get herself in trouble. When she's done, Little Miss Stubborn likes to try to get herself out of her walker.   She just doesn't have time to wait for mom and dad to get her out!  A little girl has plans and apointments...

What I find most facinating about this picture is that her mother decided to take this picture rather than rescueing her!  Wooops! 

Now that's priorities!  Pictures first!

Anyhow... we are plugging along.  Alive and well.  And doing much better than anyone expected!

What'd that first geneticist say?  She'd be a bump on the log?  Oh yes, the little rocket scientist told her mother and I to think about just committing her.  Heh.  Not I think today...

Today her vocation is walker, avoider, and escaper!

I think sock-less feet have better traction...She has a beautiful smile, it goes all the way to her eyes, it made my day, add that to her list of vocations.
