Only the Government...

Only the Federal Government can come up with this stuff..

Vice President Biden told a gathering of AARPers yesterday, "'WE HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO KEEP FROM GOING BANKRUPT'

It doesn't work for you in your homes, but somehow it works for the government.
