Bah! Humbug!

You know, it's REALLY REALLY cold up here in the great white north.  It's really unpleasant if you don't have a home or job and live on the street because your wife kicked you out and your grandson is in the hospital.  So if some homeless guy can muster up enough joy to sing a happy tune and dance a little jig on the sidewalk, what's the harm in letting him? 

Not in the People's Republic of Minnesota.  So it was 5:30am.  But still...

I think that is one of those blue laws that should be looked at and taken off the books. I also think that we should all chip in some money to help him pay his fine. He was responding to good news about his grandson and instead he is ticketed for dancing. Minneapolis should be ashamed of itself.
