My Funny Balentime

Isaac's got a girlfriend, or so I was informed today. It's enough to break a mother's heart...if she wasn't the imaginary kind.

Her name is Laysa. She's three years old and lives in Texas. She's Lutheran and goes to "Gamma Nadine's" church (Sorry, Pr. Bloghardt...). Gamma Nadine is Landon Reed's mother, and they attend Zion Lutheran Church in Tomball, TX. A faithful confessional congregation where I will actually be speaking next Saturday evening (2/25) on Women and the Bible.

Laysa's favorite color is white. Her favorite movie is Madagascar. She drives a blue car. When I asked what color hair she has, I was informed with a frustrated scowl, "She doesn't have ANY hair. But she's beautiful."

Gotta love the Chocolate Tornado!

That's actually one of his better winks. He usually ends up keeping both eyes open and tries really hard to scrunch up his mouth and cheek toward his eye. It's a riot!
