On a Whim...

Tomorrow night, Madre will be going undercover with notebook and camera in hand to attend one of the most publicized and popular feminist theater events of the last decade - the Vagina Monologues.

Tickets to the sold-out benefit for victims of sexual assault were being given away on a local radio station this morning and I happened to be lucky caller #7. I figured this would be a good way to get to see what the hype is all about, and not have to spend my own money to do so (though I'm all for supporting victims of sexual assault, just not through certain programs).
