Inadvertent and Occasionally Intentional Thoughts

Meet Benedict

Melrose's Benedict-LS came home with us today.  He was born on January 31.  He is named for Benedict Arnold and Pope Benedict XVI, whose birthday was today.  Isaac wanted to call him "Airplane".

The cats are suspiciously aloof.  I think Benny and Franklin will soon be good friends.  There will definitely be lots of new fun in our little house now!

Cute dog, and a cute kid. You ever watch Cesar Millan? He also has a book, but he's got priceless advice for training dogs, you just have to get past the feminism and tree-hugger'ness first. :)

Oh, Benedict is also for the eggs and "Benny" is for his great-grandfather, my friend's longhaired dachshund, "Ben", who won Best in Group at Westminster a few years back. Blogger Smiley

"Water Dog" its a video and book don't mess with the other books, a waste of time! You can skip over the hunting part, though you could train him to go get stuff for you.
