Unorganized and vague post: So... Pastor and Mrs. Stuckwisch have pretty much got their two oldest "taken care of". Thus they have moved on to me. 9_6 xp Could someone else enlist their matchmaking services? If y'all could keep them occupied then I could get some sleep. Last night I went over to their house with Mom and Dad so I could try to keep them in line. "How can we plan your life when you're here?" ~Pastor No, I'm not cranky. Don't get paranoid... Though I must say I'm pretty scared. <shudder>

"The Case of the Missing Matchmakers".....are you trying to get rid of us????? Interesting search you did there Anna my dear. This is your dear mother writing and apparently it uses your identity as the replyer - just to be clear to other readers.....

Sorry if we overdid it, Anan, but I'm relieved to know that you're not cranky about it. Of course, planning your life for you would have been much simpler if Mrs. Stuckwisch and I had been given another son between Zachary and Nicholai. Alas, it was not to be. But never fear, we do just happen to have any number of good friends with sons of the appropriate age, and it's only a matter of time before the right match becomes obvious. Who knows, you may even get this figured out on your own before we do No sense taking chances, though. Since we have the advantage of knowing what an amazing young lady you are, it seems only right that we assist you by identifying well-suited young men from good homes and families. We're making a list and checking it twice.

Thank you for your compliments.
You must understand that I've spent most of my life avoiding boys/relationships with boys... I have a bit of a complex. Boy-phobia if you will.

I assume this is related to the fact that you have more than the standard dosage of boys on a daily basis because of your brothers.

Upon further consideration I must say that no, it is not because of being around so many boys all the time. I'm not sure why it is exactly... I have always been able to be just plain old friends with boys. I am quite comfortable with brother-sister sort of friendships.

It comes with the territory, frankly. I mean the Lutheran, homeschooled, mature teenager/young adult territory.

And just plain-old homeschooled in general. (Not to stereotype homeschoolers... ;-p)

What, you've never heard someone say "Oh, a homeschooler, they're probably really smart."?

No I haven't. Of course no one would make that mistake around me. ;-p
The most common one I've heard is "OooooOOoooOoh... You're homeschooled. You have it *easy*."

I've seen less accurate depictions than that. This one, as well:

It came out o' the printer all stripey though (yet still readable) 'cuz our tri-color cartridge is on the fritz. I've tried to fix it repeatedly.
