Anan's (not-so) Randomness!

(A.K.A Why *not* to go swimming in the evening.)

So... I was blissfully swimming away underwater. Enjoying the many benefits of goggles when suddenly something heaving and solid slammed down on my head, causing me to bite my lip quite painfully. Upon surfacing I discovered that a 11 year old or so girl had jumped in on top of me without looking. She asked if I was all right and I managed a feeble "I...think...so..."  Most likely she couldn't see me because of my black swnimsuit and the semi-darkness of the water. I also acquired a nice scratch down the back of my neck from said girl's nails. Bleck.

This is an excellent case against swimming underwater in the evening... I must admit I did it in the dead of night at camp but I dind't suffer any fatal injuries. There are those <coughcough> who don't like smimming in any form or at any time of day. I have never quite understood this. You must understand that things like people jumping on top of you aren't exactly common. If you keep your head above the water you won't get the full benefit of the glorious wetness and "remembering your Baptism"ness of the water... Ok I'm really tired and this is getting out of hand! Must. Sleep...
