Anan's (not-so) Randomness!

No quotation marks... We wouldn't want to seem too uppity, now would we?

Diem Absumitis

Posted At: 10:00am by Anan

Time for some over-due news! Yay!

We are expecting Horner kid #8! Mom has gone for some ultrasounds and the doctor thinks it's a girl, but I won't believe it untill I'm holding a baby girl. So for now I'll assume it's a boy. And y'all better do the same.

I have been free from my retainer for several weeks now. This is the first time in like three years that I haven't been extracting gross rubber\plastic things from my mouth before every  meal. Now I only have to use the stinkin' things at night. Blogger Smiley <happiness>

I played the whole Divine Service on Sunday (I ended up playing Vespers last night too). I survived. I didn't play the parts I wasn't supposed to play and I managed to live through 7 hymns. After the service I broke my donut fast. (And no, I didn't give them up for Lent, I just don't eat them.) Then I broke my coffee fast! Fun times.

It's a great relief to have that behind me so now I can concentrate on other school stuff and sewing. I plan to have a cutting festival tonight so I will have two Easter dresses waiting to be made when I get back from MO. Mine will be fully lined with a matching jacket complete with covered buttons. http://www.voguepatterns.com/item/V2267.htm?tab=vintage_vogue&page=2                                                    ; Cecilia's has a full-circle skirt and is made of orange emroidered gingham.

Re: Diem Absumitis

Ah, retainers. I pray that I need not get one. I have a lurking suspicion however....

I thought you played beautifully both Sunday and last night. To be honest, you play better than more than half of all other organists I have previously heard. And that's the truth.

Have fun sewing!

Oh, yes.... I can't believe I failed to mention: Congratulations on # 8! Boy, yes definitely.

Has your family thought of any names for the girl/boy? Blogger Smiley

How does "Fabrizio Ferrari Fenoglio Horner" sound to you? :p

*slap* Be quiet you fool!

Re: Diem Absumitis

Perhaps Sir Rhein only says that because he doesn't like the name "Fabrizio Ferrari Fenoglio Horner". Hmmm?

Oh and I'm sure you did a marvelous job at playing the Divine Service. What else?
