Anan's (not-so) Randomness!

Little Horns

Posted At: 10:07pm by Anan

I just finished listening to a CD compiled by none other than the Most Right Reverend Doctor Richard Stuckwisch. I thoroughly enjoyed it... but not for the reasons you might expect.

I was not pleased that some of the songs were on there. I mean, I like the songs themselves, but since Pastor picked them out specifically and put them on a CD for me it made me jump up and down and growl, "OOooooo Pastor! You're in BIG trouble!"

It all made sense and made me happy up until #11... and #12... and #15 I think. These songs made sense as well but they both ripped my heart out and made my blood boil. Oooo.... How could someone pinpoint those *exact songs* that would make me squirm in my seat? Hmmm?

After "My Life Is A Country Song" I was ready for it to be over but then I heard it... "I'm Good" by Bucky Covington. It starts out something like: "I've got my eyes on the deacon's daughter" and it goes on from there... I love that song. And yet... It just isn't right that Pasto' should put it on a CD for me! Hmph!

I can make it clear enough that I loved the CD, at least because it was so great at teasing me, and as a certain sage once said, "You know, we tease you alot, but you don't seem to really mind."

Most notably, all the songs on the CD were sung by male singers. I smell a rat (or maybe even a dead fish).

Re: Little Horns

I'm glad you enjoyed it; although ripping out your heart and boiling your blood doesn't sound so good Blogger Smiley Hmmm.

The power of suggestion, right?

There's fewer boys on that CD than on your list, Anan. Just keep your Daddy and his shotgun close by. I'm not sure how he'll work that out, if you head off to Stephens.

You'll have to let me know what Timothy Mark Sergei Jereboam Wiedmueller thinks of it. That'll be the real test.

Enjoy your sewing by night, your ham throwing by day.

Re: Little Horns

I don't aprove of teasing Anna Mae in general, but since she enjoyed it I'm glad.

I don't understand some of the songs though... I certainly don't get C's and D's!

All those songs about leaving are great.

What do you mean "There's fewer boys on that CD than on your list, Anan."??!?!??! There are more than 21 boys on her list? Or perhaps you are reffering to the actual number of different singers.

Re: Little Horns

Don't panic, Timothy. I was referring to the number of different singers (there's only four).

On the other hand, it's hard to say how many different boys have Anna Mae on their lists. A little competition won't hurt you, though; it'll just make you try harder.

You should perhaps consult Anna Mae's Mom, who is working on a book, entitled "Gentlemen for Dummies." Don't take offense, but it may offer you some useful pointers. Rumor has it that Anna Mae responds well to genuine gentlemanly behavior (such as one finds, for example, in those Jane Austen novels and movies that appear to be so popular with all the young ladies).

Maybe I should blog on how to be a gentleman. Hmmm. I wonder if that would involve any copyright infringments. Who knows how long before "Gentlemen for Dummies" will ever see the light of day, anyway. (The Shadow knows.)

Oh, so you're counting Patrick in this case(y)? Hmmm? Or is there someone else I don't know about?

Oh come now. You know me better than that.

The power of suggestion, right?

Yesssssss...

Yeah, yeah, yeah...

You'll have to let me know what Timothy Mark Sergei Jereboam Wiedmueller thinks of it. That'll be the real test.

As you can see, he's quite capable of doing that by himself.
