Guess it's my turn to write about Wednesday.
Bean went and stole what I was going to say about choir, but I'll go ahead and say it anyway: waking up early for choir was difficult, but what a wonderful way to wake up!
I once again went to my in-depth and actually remembered to take notes! Pr. Stuckwisch touched on the difference between guys and girls in relationships and discussed dating. I found it rather ironic when someone asked about his rules for his children because I spent the session sitting behind Pookie and Bekah...
Being the indecisive person that I am, I decided it was easier to skip lunch than it was to decide between sectionals. :oP
First, I went to Mollie Ziegler's In the World. The other girls from my youth group had gone on Tuesday and highly recommended it. I also got my best quote from the week from her sectional, due to my sitting by Lynea. On a more serious note, her sectional gave me a new view on some things.
I then headed for Mormonism Exposed (Pr. Kuhlman). I have some friends who are Mormon, so it was very interesting to learn what their official doctrine and history is.
If either of them do a sectional next year, I recommend them. :oP
We had chapel again (yay!) and then went our separate ways for the rest of the afternoon. My group met up with my aunt, uncle, and cousin who live near St. Louis and they took us on the Metro to the Arch. We walked around in the museum while waiting to take the tram up. I must say, Lewis and Clark certainly have creative spelling... :oP The ride up the was rather interesting ( :oP ), but the top was breathtaking. I've been up the Arch before, but it was so long ago I couldn't remember what it was like at the top (funny thing is, I remembered the tram ride perfectly ). After we finally tore ourselves away from the view and rode down, we went to the Spaghetti Factory (or, according to my dad, the Spaghetti Manufacturing Company) for dinner and met up with another cousin of mine and her husband.
As a result, we were slightly late getting to the game, but we made it and I even got to sit near Triplet Two. The choir got to sing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame," which was a lot of fun, albeit a bit crowded. After the game, we all crammed ourselves onto the Metro again and headed back to the dorms.
Then, as if I wasn't tired enough, I went down to the lounge and stayed up late, stuffing myself with sugar and Dr. Pepper from Texas and having a nice chat with Lynea. I watched part of the store game, and I must say, it was rather disturbing to see the things some people chose to sell. Then, as T2 has already said, we stayed up *slightly* late chatting... we're not sure how late, though, so don't ask us. :oP
